The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Practitioner to join our team in Clydebank. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting individuals with all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication, and managing personal finances.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist individuals with daily living tasks, promoting independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support services
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
