About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers
- Supporting colleagues, ensuring they deliver daily priorities and take regular breaks
- Opening and closing the store, and completing duty cover, ensuring all decisions made are right for everyone's safety
- Being the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of a manager for day-to-day queries
- Maintaining a great understanding of how your store is performing, and assisting managers in delivering any actions that help improve the running of the store
