About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing store activities, coordinating a team to deliver exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and full store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run duty shifts and coordinate a team to achieve store goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of store activities and make decisions efficiently
  • Handle change and ensure everything is right for customers and colleagues
