Merchandise Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandise Assistant to join our successful Merchandise department at Footasylum. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial opportunities across our stores, websites, and ultimately the growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong analytical mindset, with excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks. You will be responsible for running weekly reports, analyzing data, and communicating insights to colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandise team in the development of commercial strategies and plans
• Assist in the analysis and interpretation of sales data and market trends
• Communicate insights and recommendations to colleagues and stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of product knowledge and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with the wider stakeholder network to drive business growth

Requirements

• Relevant degree in a field such as Mathematics, Business Studies, Economics, or Buying and Merchandising
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for fashion and retail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
