We are seeking a person to join our team, who has attention to detail, takes pride in their Job and would like to progress whilst enhancing their skill set.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the receipt, storge and inventory management of e-commerce merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to fulfil customer orders
- Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage shipping and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations and shipping deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipping-related issues, such as lost or delayed shipments.
- Monitor returns and exchanges and process returns according to company policies.

- Ability to thrive in fast - paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems. Such as Amazon, eBay.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping requirements preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and shipping software, such as Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, and Ship Station.

Pay: £16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
