Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Associate to join our In-House Real Estate Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide end-to-end managed legal services, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a dedicated team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial property matters, including leases, renewals, licenses, and acquisitions, for a leading retail company.
  • Support the implementation of legal technology and client self-service projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement in legal services.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years' PQE in commercial property and real estate matters, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement in legal services, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with legal technology tools, with a strong understanding of their applications and benefits.
  • Consideration will also be given to candidates from a commercial background with experience in M&A, licenses, lease renewals, and general estate management.
