About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our Real Estate Managed Legal Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal advice.
  • Manage a portfolio of client work, including advising on property queries, drafting documents, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, standardization, and innovation in our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of PQE experience as a Senior Associate/Managing Associate in commercial property and real estate matters.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Experience with legal technology tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
