Warehouse Operations Lead

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and drive our warehouse operations. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our facility, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.
As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse activity, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. You will lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, improve productivity, and minimize costs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and timely replenishment.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and transportation, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Proven experience in a warehouse management role within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- A commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
