Key Responsibilities- Drive communication, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse, focusing on reviewing and improving processes.
- Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount, overseeing shift briefs, and handovers.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Manage and develop a team of First Line Managers.
- Previous management experience within a fast-paced logistics operation, with e-Commerce exposure beneficial.
- Good people management skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and customers.
