Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Finlake Holiday Park. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive client base, delivering high-quality personal training sessions, and supporting the team on promotions, membership sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive client base and customer relations, and deliver high-level class delivery and attendance.
- Ensure results for clients and members through delivery of high-quality personal training sessions, classes, and inductions.
- Maintain high standards on the gym floor and interact with all visitors.
- Support the team on promotions, membership sales, events, and customer service.
- Ensure a high percentage conversion of membership sign-ups and inductions to class attendance and 1:1 personal training.

Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (desirable).
