We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emotional Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited, an Outstanding school in Bromley. As a member of our staff, you will provide essential support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about children's wellbeing, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working with children with emotional and behavioral needs. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is desirable.
