Job Title: Driver Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to join our team at Ascott Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our drivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse driver data from digital systems to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Design and deliver effective driver induction and training programs, including CPC courses and telematics-based training.
  • Work with our external consultant to deliver tailored training based on recommendations and monitor driver performance.
  • Conduct classroom presentations on highway code, drivers hours, safe loading, health & safety, and working time directive rules and regulations.
  • Assist in achieving full legal compliance with the Operators Licence, Health and Safety and Driver Hour Regulations.
