Rigging Team Leader

As a key member of our Wireless division, we are seeking a highly skilled Rigging Team Leader to join our team. With a strong background in telecoms works and leadership experience, you will be responsible for leading a rigging team, teaching them the relevant skills required for telecoms works.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up sites, highlighting and recording risks, and implementing control measures. They will also be proficient in the use of all site support software and confident with a wide range of site configurations.

We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000 per annum, along with a benefits package that includes 25 days annual leave, life assurance, access to Employee Assistance Programmes, and career developmental opportunities.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
