We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Managing Directors at Interpath Advisory.

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires initiative, flexibility, discretion, and excellent communication skills. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing diary management services, including scheduling meetings and conference calls, booking meeting rooms and catering, and optimising stakeholders' time
  • Preparing accurate documents, including letters, meeting notes, agendas, reports, presentation slides, etc., and using appropriate branding when required
  • Arranging cost-efficient travel and accommodation for the senior leadership team
  • Maintaining the Salesforce CRM database
  • Coordinating business development events, including compiling invitees lists, managing invitations/responses, and liaising with venues to discuss requirements/hospitality
  • Organising seminars and training events as required
  • Preparing client fees and other financial administration tasks
  • Processing accurate, timely expense claims
  • Assisting EA Team colleagues when required, e.g., sharing tasks/covering absences
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant/Secretary, preferably in a similar industry
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths, although strong work experience will be prioritised
  • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and ownership to see things through to completion
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and highlight issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-quality information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients
  • Proactive and possess exceptional time management skills to effectively prioritise workload
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literacy, with a strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
