About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled clinician to join our team as a Senior Triage Clinician. As a key member of our Kent and Medway Single Point of Access (SPA) team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to our team members and Trust staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to team members and Trust staff
  • Develop and implement effective triage and assessment processes
  • Work closely with the SPA manager to develop positive working relationships with senior staff across the Kent and Medway CAMHS teams
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide education and training to staff on mental health and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care pathways for young people
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, nursing)
  • Registration with the relevant professional or regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, NMC)
  • Experience working in child and adolescent mental health services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
