Role Overview

The Food and Beverage Team Member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests at the Lyndene Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
