We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team at a client's hostel facility in Oxford.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of residents by maintaining a secure, welcoming, and orderly environment within the hostel.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in hostel work, support roles, or residential settings.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with residents and stakeholders.
£13,400 - £14,200 per annum based on a 37-hour week, depending on experience.
