The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of residents by maintaining a secure, welcoming, and orderly environment within the hostel.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hostel work, support roles, or residential settings.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with residents and stakeholders.
Salary Details

£13,400 - £14,200 per annum based on a 37-hour week, depending on experience.
