We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a care home facility in Liverpool. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and deliver direct nursing care and health supervision.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop and maintain personalized care plans, ensuring compliance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior and new staff members, ensuring they are competent and effective.
  • Attend mandatory training days/courses on-site or off-site.
  • Active NMC Pin is essential.
