Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at a well-established Nursing Home in Crewe.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Home Manager and other members of staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a passion for Elderly and Dementia Care, possessing up-to-date clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Home Manager in providing leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance clinical skills
