Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to excel in a sales environment? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets? We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our expanding team in the Bury area of Manchester.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering outstanding results. You will work closely with our team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate a high volume of sales leads through proactive outreach and follow-up
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  3. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £16-20k, with on-target earnings of £60,000. You will also receive a £1,000 signing bonus, 28 days' holiday, and access to company events and a referral programme. Our company pension and cycle-to-work scheme will also support your long-term financial goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A proven track record of generating high-quality sales leads and delivering exceptional customer experiencesStrong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleaguesConfident and highly presentable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentA full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years

This role is subject to satisfactory references, pre-employment checks, and the successful candidate(s) may be required to undergo a basic disclosure (DBS).
