Claims Repair Specialist

About the Role:
The key purpose of this role is to motivate external suppliers and Aviva employees to make sustainable improvements in property repair claims performance where suppliers are involved.
This will include using expertise to review performance and oversee actions that will improve service, accurate costing, safety and quality on all types of property claims (i.e. buildings & Contents suppliers).
The role holder will use technical knowledge and relationship management skills to identify opportunities and motivate others to change and improve quality.
What You Will Do:
- Motivate external suppliers and Aviva employees to improve property repair claims performance
- Review performance and oversee actions to improve service, costing, safety and quality
- Use technical knowledge and relationship management skills to identify opportunities for improvement
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will be an expert in property claims and/or surveying services with great communication, diplomacy and motivational skills.
They will be open-minded, balanced and objective, prioritizing individual development and business progress in all interactions.
