Building Repair Specialist Coordinator

We are seeking an expert to oversee building repair specialist salary circa £45,000. As a Property Claims Expert, you will work field/home based requiring occasional travel. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate external suppliers and Aviva employees to improve property repair claims performance where suppliers are involved.
As a highly skilled professional, you will use your technical knowledge to review performance, oversee actions that enhance service quality, accurate costing, safety, and quality on all types of property claims.
You will collaborate with suppliers and Aviva staff to achieve sustainable improvements in property repair claims performance. Your role will involve:

- Collaborating with suppliers and Aviva staff to ensure effective communication and coaching
