About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Colten Care. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a variety of activities to our residents, including group singing, acting, games, and quizzes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver a range of activities to engage our residents, including music, drama, and games
  • Work with our residents to understand their interests and preferences and tailor activities accordingly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for our residents
  • Support the development of our residents' skills and abilities through activities and workshops
  • Contribute to the development of our activities program and suggest new ideas and initiatives

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with older adults and has experience in coordinating and delivering activities. You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
