About the Opportunity

As a Mentorship and Behaviour Coach, you will work closely with our team to create a safe and inclusive space for students to grow and learn. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering bespoke mentorship programs to meet the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Providing one-to-one support and guidance to students to help them overcome barriers to learning
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background, particularly in a Social Sciences field
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
