Educational Behaviour Advisor Position

Teach360 is seeking an Educational Behaviour Advisor to join its team, working with a secondary school in Brent.

This Behaviour Advisor role involves supporting students with challenging behaviour and developing strategies to improve their behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour and be able to work full-time Monday to Friday. An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing behaviour support to students in need and developing targeted interventions.
  2. Working with teachers and staff to develop behaviour management strategies.
  3. Tracking student progress and monitoring their behaviour.
  4. Organising activities for students displaying challenging behaviour during breaks.
  5. Liaising with families and supporting students with challenging behaviours.

The school is a vibrant and diverse environment with over 1000 students and more than 200 staff members.

As part of the school's behaviour team, you will be responsible for supporting students with challenging behaviour and developing strategies to improve their behaviour.
