Logistics Operations Specialist

As a Senior Transport Planner with Access Talent Group, you will have the opportunity to work on projects across the UK and overseas. This role offers the chance to accelerate your career by collaborating with industry experts in an inclusive and caring company environment.
The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented individual with strong report-writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as a desire to quickly move into a position of responsibility. You should share our belief that transport planners have a responsibility to help create more sustainable places.
The Role:
- Manage projects for local authorities and private sector clients under the guidance of the Project Director.
- Take a leading role within a defined technical area.
- Effectively manage time, working with colleagues to deliver to scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to secure new work.
- Contribute to company growth through business development activities.
- Inspire and develop less-experienced members of staff by freely sharing your knowledge.
- Travel across the UK and internationally.
- Possess exceptional transport planning technical skills and experience in areas relevant to ITP.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of transport policy and current issues in the UK and/or internationally.
- Be able to extract and analyze complex data sets to derive valuable insights.
- Have a growing network of industry contacts and positive client referrals.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £42,500 per annum.
This is a permanent position based in Yorkshire.
