A well-established specialist in Electrical compliance services is seeking an experienced Business Developer to join their growing team as a Facilities Management Sales Manager.

This company is a leading provider of hard FM niche services with a strong history of operating in the East Midlands area and a national presence. Their parent company is a large FM business that boasts year-on-year growth in revenues and headcount.

Your remit will be to expand the company's footprint through targeted activity around new client acquisition and retention, while developing key existing core clients. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrable track record in FM sales, with the ability to evidence where they have added value in client growth.

You will be rewarded with a competitive bonus scheme and financial rewards package, as well as the opportunity to sell essential services into key UK markets with large corporate group customers.

You will have autonomy to plan your own diary for face-to-face meetings and can carry out a large degree of sales activity via teams.

Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) plus car package, plus uncapped OTE to circa £100,000 with year 2/3.
