About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our established finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll for our UK and ROI operations, as well as a small EU payroll. The role will involve ensuring accurate PAYE, National Insurance, Pension, Student Loans, Employment Benefit, and Tax are processed and paid over to the appropriate authorities within the correct timescales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for UK and ROI operations
  • Process small EU payroll
  • Ensure accurate PAYE, National Insurance, Pension, Student Loans, Employment Benefit, and Tax are processed and paid over to the appropriate authorities
  • Post payroll journals
  • Payment of subcontractors on RCT and CIS Schemes
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer with a strong background in payroll processing and management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and will be proficient in payroll software and systems.
