- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards in both the UK and the Netherlands.
- Quality Control: Establish and maintain robust quality control processes for our dancewear products.
- Business Strategy: Execute the company's vision to implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead the operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks, ensuring the stability and sustainability of the business.
- ERP Implementation: Work with the Managing Director and Applications Support Engineer to ensure the stability of the ERP system so Sage X3 properly integrates with all endpoints as needed.
- Project Completion: Contribute significantly to the successful completion of the Sage X3 implementation.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational KPIs and project progress for senior management.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role in a manufacturing, supply chain, or retail environment.
- Sage X3 ERP: Extensive experience with Sage X3 ERP system (required).
- Supply Chain Management: Strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and warehousing.
- Quality Control: Experience in quality control processes, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
