Job Description

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account clients' needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting collaboration and mutual respect.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Have a good understanding of IT systems and software, including scheduling and documentation tools.
Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50 per hour, paid mileage and travel time between clients, and a Company Pension scheme.
