The University of Lincoln is seeking a highly skilled Policy, Impact and Knowledge Exchange Manager to join the Lincoln Institute for Rural and Coastal Health. This role is internally funded and part of a significant expansion project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Senior Development Manager and Project Manager to embed a culture of research excellence within the Institute. This will involve collaborating with multiple disciplines to produce impactful research and tackling place-based inequalities experienced by rural, coastal, and remote communities.

The post-holder will work closely with the professional services team following standard University guidelines and procedures.
