## Job Title: Front of House Team Leader

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Leaping Salmon. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

## Key Responsibilities

* Support the management team in creating and delivering a vision for the front of house team
* Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the manager's absence
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
* Support the management team in creating and delivering a vision for the front of house team
