Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Front of House team at Leaping Salmon, a leading pub and restaurant in the UK. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach team members to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests
