We are working with a leading recruitment agency, TH Consultants Recruitment Specialists Ltd, to find a talented individual to join their team as a Work Placement Coordinator. The organisation is a renowned expert in providing recruitment services to various industries.

As a Work Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for students to gain valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of local employers to secure placement opportunities for students.
  • Work closely with students to support their placement journey and provide guidance on career aspirations.
  • Coordinate and place students in their work experience and industry placements throughout the academic year.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with students to identify their career goals and provide support to achieve them.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a recruitment agency.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies to successfully engage with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
