Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Work Placement Coordinator to join our team at TH Consultants Recruitment Specialists Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing placement opportunities with local employers, supporting students in their placement journey, and coordinating work experience and industry placements throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize and engage with local employer networks to secure placement opportunities
* Work with students from across the college to support their placement journey
* Coordinate and place students in their work experience and industry placements throughout the academic year
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs
* Work with students to identify their career aspirations

Requirements:

* Experience in a sales or business development role
* Good understanding of sales techniques likely to be successful with employers
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills

* Basic salary of up to £29,530 depending on experience
