Facilities Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Building Services Manager in delivering hard and soft FM services.
- Supervise external contractors to ensure safety standards are maintained.
- Support the Building Services Manager with major FM projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Monitor and control expenditure on building materials and FM consumables.
- Perform tests on fire equipment and other critical systems.
Requirements:
- Exceptional technical skills in plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and minor electrics.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
