Senior Facilities Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality facilities management services across our depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Building Services Manager in the delivery of hard and soft FM services, including supervision of maintenance operatives and external contractors.
  • Manage the in-house repairs service, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control expenditure on building materials and FM consumables, ensuring that costs are minimized and value for money is achieved.
  • Assist with major FM projects, including the coordination of external contractors and the management of resources.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong background in maintenance and repairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external contractors.
