Claims Examiner

We are seeking an experienced Claims Examiner to join our team at Aviva. As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for assessing and validating lower to mid complexity claims, utilizing virtual technology and your expertise in building pathology to create a schedule of works. This will enable our customers to receive a financial settlement option or utilize our network of contractors to support them throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and validate claims using virtual technology
- Utilize building pathology expertise to create a schedule of works
- Provide customers with a financial settlement option or utilize our network of contractors
- Support customers throughout the claims process
Requirements:
- Experience in claims examination or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building pathology and virtual technology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
