Assistant Project Manager Opportunity

GMP Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our client's team in Kidderminster. As a key member of the project team, you will support the Senior Project Managers in delivering contracts from handover to final acceptance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager in ensuring contracts are completed within time, specification, and budget.
  • Assist the project team with planning and delivery of ongoing projects.
  • Report on contract progress as required by the company's project reporting processes and tools.
  • Attend and contribute to project meetings as necessary.
  • Provide feedback to the project manager on status and support areas of the business to keep project milestones on-track.
  • Support activities at customer facilities when required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in project support or business support/administration.
  • Quality and process-oriented.
  • Strong planning and delivery skills.
  • Good quality report writing skills.
