  • Receiving, collecting, checking, and inputting of all daily received sales orders;
  • Promptly delivering order acknowledgements with correct prices, part numbers, and realistic delivery dates;
  • Maintaining and updating customer records/profiles on the internal CRM system;
  • Receiving and recording relevant customer feedback;
  • Confirming stock availability;
  • Handling customer enquiries;
  • Creating and sending out invoices;
  • KPI reporting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role in a manufacturing environment;
  • High level of attention to detail, well-organised, and excellent telephone manner;
  • IT literate and able to work unsupervised.

Location:

The site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Market Drayton, Newport, Perton, and Shifnal.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
