">The role of an Adult Care Assistant at Tynefield Care Ltd is to provide exceptional personal care and support to residents, promoting their dignity and independence. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour.
">Main Responsibilities

- To assist residents with daily personal care needs, including undressing, washing, bathing, and toileting requirements.">
- To provide physical support and assistance with mobility problems, incontinence, and the use of personal equipment.">
- To care for residents who are dying, providing emotional support and comfort.">
- To engage residents in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as reading, writing, hobbies, and recreations.">
- To perform domestic tasks, including making and changing beds, laundry, and other household duties as required.">
- To maintain accurate records and reports, participate in staff meetings, and attend training activities as directed.">
- To comply with organisational policies, procedures, and care plans, ensuring the highest standard of care.">
- To report significant changes in residents' health or circumstances to the registered manager.">
- To encourage residents to remain independent and autonomous.">
- To identify and record risks, develop support plans, and involve residents, families, and advocates in decision-making.">
Requirements
">This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can work effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of resident care and support.

Working Arrangements
