Job Overview
Pursuing a rewarding career as a Hospital Key Account Manager with Be-IT Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in delivering value-added medicines to the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK.

This exciting opportunity involves transforming healthcare through innovative pharmaceutical products and expanding our presence in the Bristol / Cardiff / Plymouth area.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop successful regional and local business plans, differentiate product value propositions, and drive formulary gains at local and regional levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement effective regional and local business strategies
  • Differentiate the product value proposition to enhance customer adoption
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan for your territory in line with brand strategy for most important accounts
  • Understand patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers to inform your territory plans
  • Support formulary gains at local and regional levels
  • Utilize an Omnichannel approach to increase customer adoption

Candidate Requirements
  • ABPI qualification is essential
  • Ideal experience working in therapeutic areas of palliative care/oncology with established relationships
  • Proven experience interacting with and shaping relationships directly with healthcare stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including national & local payors, providers, and healthcare funding flows
  • Ability to think independently and act autonomously
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter mindset

Salary £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
