About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our team at our new centre in Swindon. As a Facilities Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bowling centre, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance staff to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
  • Conduct regular inspections of the centre to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the centre is always in good working order
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with the centre management team to ensure the centre is running efficiently and effectively
