Facilities Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Facilities Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest possible standard of equipment and facilities at our centres, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team of maintenance and technical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers and centre staff to resolve any issues or faults with equipment or facilities.
We offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role. You will also have access to apprenticeship programmes and our in-house management training programmes, providing opportunities for career progression.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of supervising a team, a positive attitude and approach to everything you do, and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will also need to have good IT, literacy and numeracy skills, and be able to plan your workload effectively.
