**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Commercial Lead for Rail Projects to join our team at Anderselite. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of rail infrastructure projects across the Northwest region.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Managing the commercial aspects of projects, including contract administration, risk management, and dispute resolution.
  • Preparing and submitting tenders, bids, and other commercial documents, as well as negotiating agreements and contracts.
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize returns on investment and minimize losses.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial aspects of rail projects, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with standard forms of construction contracts, as well as proficiency in software packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
