Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Assistant to join our team at Hydrock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our consultants, engineers, and new starters across the country.
  • Assist in the management of 3rd party IT support partners.
  • Procure IT equipment for existing staff in a timely and cost-effective way.
  • Support the IT manager to fulfill IT requirements for new starters.
  • Assist in the production of monthly reporting to the Hydrock Board.
  • Carry out general departmental administration, including usage and manipulation of spreadsheets and asset databases.

Requirements:

  • Good people skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and accurate when dealing with data and software.
  • Be a car driver, as occasional travel between offices will be required.
  • Broad-based knowledge and interest across all aspects of IT, including Windows 10 Operating System and Microsoft Office 365 products.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and keen commercial awareness.
