House of CB, London is seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy. As the Head of Brand Strategy, you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in running successful campaigns and managing a team. You will be responsible for crafting strategies for the Marketing team, including Social, Digital, Advertising, Communications, Print and Creative events, any and all marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft strategies for the Marketing team, including Social, Digital, Advertising, Communications, Print and Creative events, any and all marketing.
  • Build out the marketing team.
  • Develop and oversee all social media marketing strategies of all of House of CB's social platforms.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Set, monitor, and report on goals.
  • Design branding, positioning, and marketing messages.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Ideate and execute on creative, out-of-the-box partnerships that anchor brand messaging and content.
  • Work with promotional and engagement techniques, such as influencer endorsements and paid advertising.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
  • Keep up with current and future trends on social media.

Requirements:

  • Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns with an emphasis on social media.
  • Strong creative ability.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
  • Strong leadership experience is very important, including experience in recruiting and managing a team.
  • Proven experience creating and developing a marketing strategy from start-up to scale-up would be highly desirable.
