Operations/Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations/Project Coordinator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our operations team, supporting on administration, invoicing, and project management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with tradespeople, preferably in plant hire, construction, or a similar industry. You will be responsible for auditing budgets, contracts, and invoices, as well as updating spend trackers and monitoring job timeframes.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hemel Hempstead, with a salary of £27k to £30k dependent on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including full in-house training, on-site parking, and regular social events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auditing actual budgets and providing targeted feedback reports for improvements
  • Contracts costings auditing
  • Filing receipts and invoices for all projects
  • Responsible for credit control regarding first-stage internal invoicing
  • Updating spend trackers with all purchases
