FinTop Consulting is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to serve as the technical representative for our European market. This role is crucial in advocating for and showcasing our innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Reporting directly to the COO, this position plays a key role in driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance throughout the sales journey.
- Evaluate client requirements to deliver customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage post-sales processes, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction for a designated customer base.
- Oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and coordinate responses.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and sales materials.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Deliver advanced customer support during European business hours, which constitutes approximately 15% of the role's responsibilities in the short term.
