About the Role

Curtis Brown is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our TFTV Agents in their daily operations. As an Assistant to Talent Agents, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our agents' offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our TFTV Agents, ensuring the efficient management of their offices and client relationships.
  • Assist in the promotion of clients, identifying new opportunities across the industry, and safeguarding their interests.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's work and specific requirements, providing tailored support to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the agents to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information on clients, projects, and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the talent agency or entertainment industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry, particularly across television, film, and theatre, would be an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
